Gulab Jamun (For Pune Only)

Gulab jamuns, those lovely maroon brown dumplings filled with syrup, are thought to have originated in medieval Iran, and developed further from a fritter that Central Asian Turkic conquerors brought to India. Another theory claims that it was accidentally prepared by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan's personal chef.

Ingredients: Wholewheat, corn flour, raw sugar, nuts

Care/Storage: Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sun light. 

If consumed on the same day, store in a cool place. If consuming later, then refrigerate for storage but consume after warming up slightly.
