Are your sweets gluten free?

Some of our sweets are gluten free, such as the chickpea flour based Laddus, and Kaju Katli (cashew nut Barrfi made with only cashews and powdered sugar) but the ingredients used to make our sweets may be processed in a facility that also processes gluten.

 

Do you have vegan options?

Yes. All our sweets and namkeens are vegan.

 

What is the shelf life of your sweets?

Shelf life depends on the type of sweet. We encourage people to consume sweets as soon as they receive them. The nut barfis can last up to a maximum of 7 days, Laddus can last up to 10 days (max) and our plant based milk sweets 7 days (maximum) in the refrigerator.

 

Do any of your sweets contain eggs?

All our sweets are vegetarian and vegan and contain no animal derivatives.

 

Do you ship?

YES we ship PAN India.  Because our products are perishable, all food sales are final. There is no policy of refunds or replacements. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Depends on the weight of your order and which part of India we are shipping to. Because we do not use any preservatives, we only ship on the first three days of the week to avoid delays in transit over the weekend. We use air shipping as much as we can to get your order to you as fast as possible.

 

How can I pay if I place an order over the phone?

Currently we do not have this option available.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes we deliver pan India.

 

What kind of Milk do you use?

We only use plant-based Milk. 

 

Do you make your mithai fresh every day?

Yes, we make all our products daily.

 

What are the various payment options?

How soon will my order arrive? What is the Lead Time to execute deliveries?

We aim to dispatch your order within stipulated time frames so that your sweets reach you as per the date of delivery, but it would also depend on the quantity ordered and the distance. However, please check availability of the product. We dispatch your order after we receive a receipt for your payment. Please note we normally dispatch orders from Monday to Wednesday. Also please note that orders once placed will not be cancelled, so please place your order with care.

 

What if I am looking for a certain sweet and cannot find it on your website?

Please let us know! We will do our best to make a vegan version of it for you and add it to our products at our online shop.

 

What if I would like the Sweets to be delivered on a specific date?

Just call our Customer Service or email us and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

What your refund & returns policy?

We always dispatch the fresh products but since they are perishable items, we work on a no refund and no return policy. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damages caused during shipping. But you can write to us at meethikahani@gmail.com and we will try to address any issues in the best way possible.
