Kala Jamun (For Pune Only)

Kala Jamun mithai is our must try mithai if you love gulab jamuns. Our version is made without dairy mava. Currently its only available for shipping within Pune, soon we hope to have it available for delivery around the country.

Ingredients: Wholewheat, corn flour, raw sugar, nuts

Background: The difference between gulab jamun and kala jamun is their colour and texture. While gulab jamuns are golden in colour, kala jamuns are darker in colour, almost black, hence their name kala jamun. Traditionally they are made with dairy khoya or mawa and are then soaked in a sugar syrup.

Specifics: Refined sugar free, soya free

Care/Storage: Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sun light. 

If consumed on the same day, store in a cool place. If consuming later, then refrigerate for storage but consume after warming up slightly.

Serving temperature: Warmed up

Shelf life: 3 to 4 days
