Background: Khoa, Khua, Khoya, or Mawa is a form of dairy, originating from India and used in its neighbouring countries. it's made from either dried milk or milk thickened by heating it in an open iron pan. It's lower water content as compared to typical contemporary cheeses like paneer. Paan is a distinctive Indian sweet created with Betel Nut leaves. Indians chew paan each day and have done so for thousands of years. Used as a post-meal treat, it's also an aphrodisiac and is praised for its health-giving properties. We decided to take this delicious ancient mithai and use plant-based ingredients to deliver a wholesome experience that’s a lot healthier than if it had been created with dairy products.
